Holly Baumgartl

Director of storytelling

Holly grew up during the same period in which digital design was coming-of-age. When she was 10 years old, she designed graphics, websites and forums for shows that she loved like Grey's Anatomy. She didn't know she wanted to be a designer then, but she knew that creativity ignited a fire within her. Later in life she picked it back up, attending a vocational high school for Graphic Design, which led to her first in-house design job in 2013. She went on to graduate with her BFA in Graphic Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2018.

Holly says that purposeful design makes all the difference in the world. She loves solving problems visually. Her work is about bringing people's daydreams to life when they're starting a business or need a refresh for their brand. A new look can change the game, and she loves being a part of that. Whether it's watching her clients see and feel their new business cards for the first time, or dreaming up possibilities at their first consultation— it makes her so happy to know that she was a part of that transformation.
